About text messages
- Message frequency varies — typically fewer than 6 messages per month.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.
Where do I work?
The map shows the heart of the service area. Not sure your property is inside it? Ask anyway — the answer is either yes or a referral to someone closer. While you wait for a reply, the buying guide and the selling guide answer the most common questions.
Common questions about getting in touch
What happens after I send the form?
Kjel reads it personally and replies, usually the same day, by whichever method you gave. Your message goes into the practice’s own customer system on infrastructure it controls — it is not sold, shared for marketing, or added to any bulk list.
Will I get text messages if I fill in my phone number?
Only if you tick the consent box, which is never pre-ticked. Leaving it unticked simply means replies come by call or email. Opting in can be reversed at any time by replying STOP to any message.
Do you have an office I can visit?
This is a service-area practice without a public walk-in office — Kjel meets clients at the property, at a convenient public spot in Rexburg or Sugar City, or by phone and video. Brokerage services are offered through LPT Realty.
I’m outside Rexburg — will you still help?
If the property is in Rexburg, Sugar City, or surrounding eastern Idaho, yes. If it is meaningfully outside that area, the honest answer is a referral to a well-matched local agent — ask either way.
Is my question too small to bother you with?
No. A five-minute question answered now regularly saves a five-figure mistake later, and there is no fee for asking. The worst outcome of a question is a straight answer.
Can I just call instead of using the form?
Absolutely — (208) 346-0163 reaches Kjel directly by call or text. The form exists for people who prefer writing things down or are reaching out after hours.
