Who we are
KjelcoLLC, serving Rexburg, Sugar City, and surrounding eastern Idaho. Kjel Jones is a licensed real estate agent in Idaho affiliated with LPT Realty. All real estate brokerage services are offered through LPT Realty.
Using this site
Everything here is general information about real estate in eastern Idaho. It is not legal, tax, or financial advice, and nothing on this site creates an agency relationship. That takes a signed agreement.
Messaging program
KjelcoLLC sends text messages to people who submit the form on kjeljonesrealestate.com asking about buying, selling, or building a home in eastern Idaho. Messages are follow-ups to that inquiry — scheduling a call, answering a question, or sending property information that was requested.
How you join
The only way to receive text messages from us is to tick the consent box on the form at kjeljonesrealestate.com/contact. The box is never pre-ticked. The exact wording you agree to is:
I agree to receive text messages from Kjel Jones Real Estate by LPT Realty (messages sent by KjelcoLLC) at the phone number provided, including messages about my property inquiry and follow-up from a licensed agent. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
We store that wording alongside the date, time, and IP address of your submission, so there is a record of precisely what you agreed to.
