Privacy Policy
What we collect
Only what you type into the form on this site, plus the submission record itself:
- Your name, email address, and phone number if you give one
- What you're trying to do and the message you write
- The date, time, and IP address of the submission — the record that proves when and how you gave permission to be contacted
There are no advertising trackers, no analytics scripts, and no third-party cookies on this site.
What we do with it
We use it to reply to you and to help you buy, sell, or build property. That's the whole purpose. Your information is stored in our own customer relationship system on infrastructure we control.
Text messages
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Mobile information — including your phone number and your consent to receive text messages — is never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers may be passed to the messaging provider that delivers our texts, solely so the message can be delivered, and to no one else for any other reason.
Text messages are sent only to people who ticked the consent box on this site. Reply STOP to any message to stop them, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not remove you as a client and does not stop us replying by email.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as we may still be doing business together, and we keep the consent record itself for at least four years afterwards, because that record is the evidence that we had permission to contact you.
Your choices
Email kjel@kjeljonesrealestate.com or call (208) 346-0163 to see what we hold about you, correct it, stop all contact, or have it deleted. When we delete a record we remove your personal details but keep the consent receipt itself, because deleting the proof of permission would leave us unable to show that contacting you was ever allowed.
Children
This site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
